Project Pitara aims to keep cancellations and refunds fair and transparent. This policy covers our three types of orders.
Ready-made (instant-download) projects & synopses
These are digital products delivered immediately after payment. Because the file becomes available to you as soon as the order is placed, ready-made purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. We will, of course, replace the file free of charge if it is corrupt, incomplete, or if the wrong item was delivered — just contact us with your order details.
Custom projects & assignments
You may request cancellation by contacting us as early as possible after ordering. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work:
- Before work has started — a full or partial refund may be provided.
- After work has started or resources have been allocated — refunds are assessed case-by-case based on the work completed.
- After final delivery — no refund is applicable, though we offer free revisions until your guide and university are satisfied.
Delays caused by changes in requirements, lack of response, or incorrect information from the customer do not qualify for a refund.
Counselling sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session can be rescheduled or refunded. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
If we cannot deliver
If Project Pitara is unable to deliver an agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an appropriate refund or alternative solution.
We encourage customers to review requirements carefully before ordering and to communicate clearly with our team. All refund decisions are made fairly and are final.
